Description

Introduction:

Crash and Aku crates made with PLA wood :)

Printing details:

Layer height: 0.16mm

Material: Prusa PETG: Bambulab PLA Wood Clay and lots of PETG.

HOW TO PRINT THE LOGOS WITH ONE AMS?

First, download the .3mfs for the head and Aku logos as shown below:

AKU PAUSE 1
Then add a pause at layer 14 as shown in the screenshot below, during that pause you will switch the following filaments

Brown -> Green [CHANGE]
Black -> Red [CHANGE]
White -> White [NO CHANGE]
Yellow -> Yellow [NO CHANGE]

Your printer may be already using one of the colors, in that case set the hotend to a purging temperature, manually cut the filament using the lever, retract a bit using the extruder controls on the touchscreen, swap the filament spool, then manually feed and extrude a bit to purge the color.

AKU PAUSE 2
Add a pause at layer 19 as shown in the screenshot below, during that pause you will switch the following filaments

Green -> Blue [CHANGE]
Red -> Red [NO CHANGE]
White -> Purple [CHANGE]
Yellow -> Yellow [NO CHANGE]

CRASH PAUSE 1
Add a pause at layer 16 as shown in the screenshot below, during that pause you will switch the following filaments

Orange -> Red [CHANGE]

Assembly:

Glue the corresponding logos to their crate, I recommend CA glue, wait for the glue to set before doing the other sides :)
