Having filament problems?
This filament dryer box can solve your problem!
This filament dryer box can dry filament with X1C/P1S/P1P.
Filament spools from some manufacturers are sensitive to heat and deform when dried on a heat bed.
This dryer box solves such problems!
Caution
This filament dryer box should be printed with heat-resistant filament.
For example, ABS. I use ABS made by Polymaker.
How to use
1. place filament into the box
Place the entire spool of filament into the box.
2. Insert the shaft and fix it in place.
Insert the attached shaft into the box and fix it in place.
Turn the shaft to the right to fix it in place, and turn it to the left to remove it.
3. Place the filament on the heat bed with the honeycomb side down.
Be sure to place the honeycomb side down on the heat bed.
The appropriate space will allow heat to stay in the box and remove moisture.
4. dry the filaments
Set the heat bed temperature to a maximum of 85°C to dry the filament.
The optimal temperature setting depends on the filament to be dried.
We recommend 65°C for PLA, 75°C for PETG, and 85°C for ABS.
Drying takes up to 12 hours.
After 6 hours, replace the top and bottom of the filament spool.
