Designed in Fusion 360 for the awesome Metric Setup Blocks by JB Custom Designs.
Just giving something back to the community so feel free to remix and make the design better.
Design is on 2 plates as it uses the max width of the build plate.
Printed using standard 0.4 nozzle on textured PEI plate and 0.20mm profile with 2 wall loops, 10% Gyroid infill on my Bambu P1S using PLA Matte Dark Brown (11801) and PLA Matte Ivory White (11100).
There are 2 versions of the lid, with text and without. Feel free to customise to your liking.
Tolerances are pretty tight (0.25mm) as I didn't want the contents to rattle too much.
It actually creates a suction effect that helps keep the lid attached when fully closed.
The fingers are 5mm apart to allow my fat ones to grab the blocks without tipping everything out.
The spacer block in the lid only works for one side to keep the contents secure so be mindful when closing the lid.
I left the spacer and fingers as separate objects so you can move them around and allows some semi customisation in Bambu Studio.
Everything fits as printed on my P1S but I haven't tested on other printers so let me know if there's any issues.
I've been asked if they fit the US/Imperial version by the same designer. While I haven't printed them myself, I don't believe they fit based on the measurements of the 3D model https://makerworld.com/en/models/585722#profileId-506911
However, if there's sufficient interest I can make one.
Happy printing!
