So I modeled this in SketchUp as a test and something that I needed at work. It seems like it will be durable enough for more than a few uses and is slim enough that the stencil shapes around a 5 gallon gas can easily. I think that the height is at 1/64" or .39mm. This printer is pretty handy for the little things that I have been messing with.
