Description

I fabricated a crane/boom out of 4040 extrusion. I needed a part that housed 4 x v-slot bearings to work as a sliding gantry allowing for straps to be attached. I designed and printed two (2) of these parts and joined them with a length of 3mm aluminum flat bar (as seen in photo).

The model allows for the following fixings:

  • 4 x M5 50mm Stainless Hex Bolts were used to attach the v-slot bearings/wheels.
  • 4 x M8 Stainless Hex Bolts were used to attach the 3mm aluminum flat bar to each of the two (2) models.

If you're looking for a way to show appreciation for the effort that has gone into this model, then simply “buy me a coffee” (https://sociabuzz.com/zij).
