Risks and Challenges
Customer Support
We have dedicated support staff actively monitoring the platform. Whether via on-platform messages, MyBar.io discord channel or email, we respond within the same or next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Process
After the campaign is successfully funded, we will send you instructions to collect your shipping address. You can also contact us directly via the platform’s messaging system.
Shipping costs and additional duties, depending on local regulations, are not included.
Once your package is shipped, we will provide the tracking number through the online system.
If you have any questions about shipping status, feel free to contact us anytime via online messages.
Risks and Challenges
To reduce fulfillment risk, we have self-funded most of the hardware production in advance, so hardware delivery is not a concern. Some regions may fall outside our shipping coverage. In such cases, we will inform backers and offer a refund. All PCBs are tested before shipment. While no hardware can be 100% defect-free, MyBar.io will provide reliable after-sales support if issues occur. To minimize customs duties, we will use duty-paid shipping channels, but these channels are not available for all countries. Some regions may still be subject to import duties. Additionally, the delivery time through this channel is not always guaranteed, and occasional delays may occur. Tracking is also not available until packages reach the destination country. That said, MyBar.io has successfully shipped our Drink machine products through this channel for over seven years, and overall the process is well-tested and manageable. We are confident in our ability to deliver rewards while keeping risks under control.
Current Status: The prototype is fully functional and you can already download the app at https://mybar.io/pages/download.
Components: I will publish the full Bill of Materials (BOM) during the campaign so you can order parts in advance.
Delivery: You will receive access to all 3Mf and STL files, firmware, and step-by-step instructions immediately after the campaign concludes.
Use of AI
AI Technology Implementation in Content Creation
- All images of the physical machine and the mobile app are 100% authentic and have not been generated or altered using AI tools.
- Large Language Models (LLMs) were utilized to refine and polish the English text throughout the campaign.
- Software Development: AI coding assistants were used to help debug and optimize specific functions within the C++ firmware and the mobile app to ensure optimal stability.
Human Oversight & Creative Originality
The core project concept, hardware selection, circuit design, and 3D modeling are 100% original human work. I developed the firmware architecture myself. AI was used strictly as an assistive tool for polishing text and checking code syntax. Every line of generated text and code has been manually reviewed, tested, and verified by me to ensure accuracy and functionality on the real hardware.
Third-Party Intellectual Property Compliance
Yes. The AI tools were used exclusively to process and refine my own original intellectual property. The input text for translation/editing was written by me. The images are my own photographs of the physical prototype. The code base was architected by me. Since no third-party copyrighted works were used as prompts to generate content, I hold all necessary rights to the source material.
