@Sagooinc : There are great tutorials on the bambu wiki on how to properly clean and restore your hot end after this issue.

With more information on what you were trying to print, we can help you identify steps to improve success on future prints. Most of these issues are caused by loss of bed adhesion which turns into parts sticking to the nozzle and blocking the normal extrusion flow. The answers could vary depending on if the print bed is your culprit or if a few slicer adjustments will help stabilize the print.

@Quackhead5 : Heat the nozzle and SLOWLY pull it away with needle nosed pliers. Same thing happened to me and I ripped out some exposed wires, so be careful when removing the filament.

@waylaidwanderer : Welcome to the Print Clinic! Let's get your printer back to full health.
To help us guide you through safely removing this plastic blob and preventing it from happening again, could you let us know what type of filament you were using? Knowing the filament will help us recommend the right temperature to heat the nozzle so you can safely peel it off. Also, what bed temperature are you using? Sometimes a slightly higher bed temperature can prevent prints from losing grip and sticking to the nozzle instead.
