I wanted to create a simple toy that combines fun and science. The idea was inspired by the classic floating ball toys that demonstrate the Bernoulli effect. My first prototypes worked, but they required blowing too hard, making them difficult for younger children to use. After several design iterations and airflow adjustments, I finally achieved a version that was much easier to play with. One feature I'm especially happy with is the built-in storage compartment. The toy unscrews so the ball can be stored safely inside when not in use, helping prevent it from getting lost. The result is a compact toy that is easy to print, fun to use, and introduces basic physics concepts through play. @Tommy3DLab Haa, I’ve also thought about bringing this idea to life before, but I wasn’t sure if a printed ball would be light enough to be moved by air. It’s great to see that it actually works. Awesome job, and good luck in the contest! 👍
