@waylaidwanderer Thanks for getting back to me with those details! Those annoying little nubs are caused by PETG oozing from the nozzle during travel moves, which then gets deposited back onto your print walls. Even though you dry it regularly, PETG is incredibly hygroscopic. How are you drying your PETG and for how long? To stop this oozing, it usually requires active drying in a dedicated dryer at 65C for at least 6 to 8 hours. If there is any residual moisture, the filament expands in the hot nozzle at 250C and continuously leaks out. To solve this, try these core adjustments: 1. Drop your nozzle temperature slightly to 240C or 245C to make the plastic less runny. 2. Slow down your outer wall print speed to reduce pressure buildup in the hotend. 3. Turn on retraction wiping or outer wall wipe settings in your slicer to help clean the nozzle tip before it travels.

@waylaidwanderer Welcome to the Print Clinic! Let's diagnose this together and get your prints back to looking smooth. To help us find the right cure, we just need a few more symptoms from your setup. Could you let us know what printer model and filament type you are using? It would also be helpful to know your nozzle temperature and print speed, as sometimes printing too hot or having wet filament can cause these little nubs to ooze out during travel moves.

@4Dimensions This could be over extrusion. You can calibrate this in Bambu Studio in one of the tabs at the top along with the prepare home and device tabs. Hope this helps!
