Description
I have designed a pneumatic plug in size 6mm (other sizes will follow).
Direct print, no support, consumes only 1 gram of filament and takes about 14 minutes.
I used the Cura Fine profile with the values listed below.
I recommend printing it precisely to ensure a tight seal.
Print settings for Neptune 4:
Nozzle: 0.4
Temperature: 210 °C
Build Plate Temperature: 60 °C
Infill: 100% Cubic Subdivision
Wall: 0.8 & 2 Walls
Build Plate Adhesion: Brim
Layer Height: 0.12
Print speed: 60mm/s
Support: No
Filament: Elegoo PLA+
