Description

These heavy-duty hooks and wall-mount racks are perfect for organizing and storing your brooms, mops, dusters, or any other tool with a handle and a hole or strap that can be placed on the hook (minimum 9.5mm wide by 16.6mm high).  The 35mm long M5 cap-head screw that you provide (one per hook) runs from the rack (the wall-mount part) all the way through the body of the hook - providing the ability to support much more weight than normal 3D-printed hooks can hold.

The thread for the M5 screw is built into the hook, and the hook(s) can be printed upright without a brim on a Prusa MK4 printer on a PEI sheet; some other printers might need a brim.

Rack versions are provided for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 hooks.  Tabs and notches on the 1-hook rack version allow them to be easily stacked horizontally to support any number of hooks!

ASSEMBLY:

1 - Press a hook into the front of the rack (the notch ensures proper orientation).

2 - Attach an M5 x 35mm screw into the threads on the hook through the back of the rack.  RTV silicone can be (but doesn't have to be) used to provide lubrication and to prevent loosening in the future.

3 - Repeat the above steps for each hook.

4 - Secure the rack to the wall using drywall screws (or similar).

5 - (optionally) press screw hole plugs into each screw hole to hide the mounting screws for a more polished look.

6 - Hang your brooms, mops, etc. on your new Heavy Duty Broom / Mop Hooks!

The provided STL files are intended to be printed in PLA (or PETG) and don't require supports.

Bambu Studio 3MF files are provided for PLA.

The Heavy Duty Broom / Mop Hooks seen in the photos were printed with FilaCube White PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height with 3 perimeters and a 15% Gyroid infill.
