Picture Frame Lithophane with Clasp

Finally a good solution for a lithophane picture frame.

A solution for a frame that does not break when the object is removed from the printing plate. A lower counterpart that is solid after assembly and does not fall apart when visitors pick it up. No hooks that wear out and no stand that only allows two orientations of the image. With a continuous front frame.

As well as a diffuser plate (if required)

Once the backlight and diffuser plate have been inserted, the lower counterpart can be slid onto the brackets and secured.

The picture is mounted loosely, as the thickness of the top layer and the overall thickness is variable and the standard format for which the frame is designed (144x108). Care has been taken to use tighter tolerances and avoid light gaps through smart design.

Combined with a classic picture holder that can easily accommodate the orientation of the frame. (Second printing plate)
