Description

Here we have the first extension for my 120 mm dividing head.

It is a screw-grid adapter that can be attached to the head with N-nuts.

The 4 T-nuts shown in the pictures are of course included.

Width: 120 mm

Height: 10 mm

This adapter extends the range of applications for all those who prefer to use the head with the T-slots. However, the adapter increases the height of the complete device by 10 mm.

An alternative, mountable head with only the screw grid instead of the T-slots will be available shortly. This will also make the overall design somewhat flatter.

The pictures of the print are from the first version. Phases are now embedded in the drill holes to absorb the swelling during melting.

This now looks really perfect once the melt-in inlets have been inserted.

Take a look at my alternative head for the device, this is also what the adapter looks like.

For my purposes this is enough, I didn't want to reprint it for prettier pictures… ;)

Further non-printable components are required:

37 x M4x6x6 melt-in inserts and 4 x flathead screws M4x20 mm are required for the 33 holes and the four T-slot stones.
