Firle Design

Beautiful christmas star tealight. Just print the star with the cutouts in your preferred colour, the second one in white.

Slide the the white one with some pressure into the other. Pay attention to the orientation, you can't get them apart all at once.

So no need to glue them ;-)

Only to be used with LED lights !

Looks great with Bambu's golden sparkle PLA. Inserting the inner white part was really hard and it's still a bit squished and distorted. Maybe if the whole insert was a 0,4-0,6mm smaller...

Thanks for your feedback 👍, I am wondering that is does not fit, yes it's tight but without distorted. Did you use my print profile?

It was hard to push the white part into the golden one. And it still protrudes about 1mm from the back and the walls are bend inwards. So it's not visible from the front. Maybe the golden sparkle PLA filament shrinks more than standard PLA?

maybe the side walls are not necessary. at least not in the upper area. removing them would also speed up the printing.

Tthe middle one is the original size. larger is at 150% and smaller is at 75%. worked perfectly.

My son and I printed this one for me for Christmas. I love it. He used blue green for the outside then a glow in the dark on the inner panel. So when the tealight is off, it still glows. Quick and super easy to out together.

no issues with print file. my filament was a tiny bit fuzzy, but I cleaned it up, inserted the inner liner and it works well. also fits normal tea lights, but it may tilt a little. quite nice looking.
