M3x10 BHCS Machine Screw (20PCS) - AA172

Description

This is the lightsaber hilt of Obi-Wan Kenobi from Episode 3 (Revenge of the Sith), based on pictures of the Master Replicas version. The inside is hollow so that a battery and lighting can be installed if desired. The thin neck of the handle can be reinforced on the inside with a 10 mm steel tube. The buttons are also constructed in such a way that they can operate buttons built into the inside if desired. An M3x10 screw is required to mount the belt clip. It is necessary to drill into the booster with a 2.5 mm drill bit. The position of the hole is described in the pictures. The parts have been designed so that they can be painted separately and then assembled.

As the screw connection between the golden heat sink and the grenade section broke off too often due to the limited wall thickness, I replaced this with an adhesive connection.

Please have a look at the 3mf file or open it in Bambu Studio to see the optimal orientation for printing.
