A Radius Measuring Tool Inspired by Swiss Precision

The tool features 20 different radius gauges that easily open with a fingernail. The measuring blades can be unfolded parallel to the shaft. It looks particularly exquisite when you use, like me, Bambu Lab's silver PLA. You can read concave and convex radii between 1 mm and 10 mm.

The two main parts are connected with two M5x30 screws and two M5 nuts. (You can support me by purchasing the components using the links below.) Alternatively, you can print the plastic screws from the profile.

(Caution when removing the internal structures on the 4th print plate, as they are very thin. I recommend using a scraper!)

For the carbon fiber look, I used Bambu Lab's official effect plate.

(If you don't have your own print profile for printing on this plate, I'm uploading a separate one here with the appropriate temperature settings for the first print plate.)

Happy printing!
