Small, 0.2mm layer, 100% infill

if you were clipping something like a garbage bag, dog food bag, etc, this might be nice. for me, the clip lost most of its strength within 9-10 times of clipping it to something. like i said, if you are clipping something thick, the tension just from the shape of the clip would be enough to keep the bag closed. for something like an actual bag of chips, the bag is so thin that this clip barely clamps down on it. despite this, it did print super well. maybe print out of something stronger.

PETG works the best for me, it’s more flexible and stronger than PLA and maybe ABS.

For proper spring retention you need to at least make it out of nylon Anything else will slowly lose its springiness if clamped with a load on it. So if you have to have open for a long time clamping something large then it will not go back to original shape. PLA, PETG, ABS, asa will all stay sprung. lots of test out there showing this.
