  • OSB-Plate x 1: 2050x25mm
  • Screw/glue x 1: M4x16mm

Description

With these parts you can give a 2050 mm long 25 mm high OSB plate a nicer edge for usage as a work table / bench. It can probably be used for other tables with broken / ugly corners.

They have holes for M4 screws but in my case it seems to stick good enough I might not need to use screws after all. (using glue would probably work fine as well)

For the OSB plate cut the nose off on the 2 sided which have it, 12 side panels and 2 corners should fit the long side, if unsure print 10 panels measure and scale up 1-2 panels.

adjusting the height for your table plate should work within reason if you want change corner / panel length and want to use screws better only make it longer not shorter (should give you a long screw hole which should work fine

The edge itself did not turn out as good as it should with my print profile but this is only my 2nd design and I still lack the experience to do it better. (if anybody can make a better print profile with support that would be appreciated)

You could print them vertically which should work fine and give a nice round edge but probably needs a bit support if only for adhesion.

Since I made my table a bit asymmetric (cut some corners) I´ve to do the short sides via special parts which probably won't fit for anybody else.
