For a 2 liter (67.6 oz) bottle, 25mm (1 inch) neck. Bottle diameter: 108mm (4,25 inch)
Glue the bottom of the bottle in the top with PL glue or similar.
Insert a 3\16 inch eye screw hook in the hole (no 5 - metric).
Fill the bottle with bird seeds (black sunflower) screw the bottom to the bottle and voilà.
Texturized eddge version of the bottom part included. (Screwable funnel also included in the 3mf file)
