Description
I got sick of not being able to see the nozzle on my printer when laying down the first layer I added designed this led strip to mount under the sprite extruder, with led kit:
I worked the lights into the sockets and then glued them in place to the bracket then the bracket mounts with 1 screw to the bottom of the print head, Wiring is simple it is connected to the Hotend cooling fan since they don't pull a lot of power shouldn't be an issue, I would suggest printing in PETG or something with a little more heat resistance I printed mine in PLA its seems to work for now.
