This pen holder represents a shutoff valve or a “hose shutoff”, as frequently used by the German fire department. The model is based on a main body with a ball valve between two Storz couplings.

The pen holder consists of 6 parts that must be glued together. For a realistic result, the following colors should be used:

  • Main body in red
  • Couplings in silver
  • Ball valve in silver
  • “Seal ring” in black
  • Base plate in black

I use the well-known UHU Hart plastic adhesive

Supports:
Only the main body needs to be printed upright with supports to ensure the overhangs can be printed. No support is necessary for all other parts.

Extensions:
More detailed hose coupling
