Description

为拓竹AMS设计的干燥剂盒,带有一个方便拿取的提手,以及一个经过特别设计的盒盖,盒盖带有两片刀刃型侧板,在向外翻转打开时,可以形成一个小漏斗,辅助装填分子筛或球形变色硅胶干燥剂颗粒。干燥盒分为标准型和薄型两款,分别用于放置在料盘中间的槽位空隙和紧贴边缘的窄间隙位置。

 

11-22更新:

1、为统一适配温度计版和标准版干燥盒,重新调整了翻盖的造型(原版本保留,可选择性打印,但互不兼容);

2、根据新的翻盖重新调整了标准型干燥盒翻盖结构(原版本保留,可选择性打印,但互不兼容);

3、缩小了薄型干燥盒的手柄,以避开料盘;

4、经测试发现镂空翻盖在打印时容易出现首层不良,因此去掉了盖子的镂空;

5、重新上传了所有3mf和stl文件。

 

 

The drybox designed for Bambulab AMS has an easy-to-reach handle and a specially designed cap with two knife-edged side plates, that can be flipped outwards to create a small funnel to assist in filling molecular sieves or spherical color-changing silica gel desiccant granules. The drybox is available in two

versions, standard and slim, and is used to place the slot gap in the middle of the tray and the narrow gap close to the edge, respectively.

Update in 11-22:

1. In order to uniformly adapt the thermometer version and the standard version of the drybox, the shape of the cap has been readjusted (The original version is retained and can be optionally printed, but two version are incompatible) ;

2. The structure of the standard drying box was readjusted according to the new cap (The original version is retained and can be optionally printed, but two version are incompatible) ;

3. The handle of the slim drybox has been reduced to avoid interfering the spool;

4. After testing, it was found that the hollow cap was prone to defective first layer when printing, so the hollowing out of the cap was removed;

5. Re-uploaded all the 3mf and STL files.

设计的理念非常好,但是仍有些地方希望改进: 1. 因为开孔是竖向的,导致打印时断点很多,成品会很多拉丝。如果改为横向的孔会改善很多(图1); 2. 开孔的大小略宽,导致一些圆度不足的干燥剂会从缝隙掉落到AMS里(图2); 3. 不知道是否个例,我尝试了几次,两端小盒子的提手处均会与料盘产生干涉,无法安装(图3)。 非常喜欢你的用心设计,希望能看到更多你的作品!

蓝色和橙色的小颗粒干燥剂不是他的初衷,你看下他的颗粒就知道了,是大颗粒的那种,横向隔离栏可能的确会好很多。

非常抱歉,我将该页面的模型直接下载下来检查了下,是细条纹版本的,包括楼下有网友发出来的打印照片也是细格栅版本,此版本是我考虑到有网友会使用变色硅胶干燥剂所以特地重新修改了格栅尺寸重新发布的,您发出的照片显示是我上一版的设计。有可能网站出错误将我最早存的草稿版本文件提供了出来,对您造成的困扰我表示非常抱歉,还烦请您重新下载一遍模型文件检查下。另外您所提到的窄版干燥盒跟料盘有干涉的情况,我在测试的时候也有发现,但是实测不影响料盘转动,所以为了整体外观统一我就偷懒没改,不过您指出来了我觉得也应该还是要修改下,因此修改后的版本我会在今晚实际打印测试没问题后随带湿度计版本的干燥盒一同发布,此页面中的模型文件我也会重新更新一下,感谢您的关注和建议。 另外,竖向格栅主要是担心横向格栅会带来悬垂问题,我个人对于解决打印瑕疵不是很在行,因此选择了比较稳妥的造型,还请见谅。

Nice prints, but they don't eem to fit my AMS, unless I have done something wrong? (My AMS is a new one, not a kickstarter one) thank you. The smaller ones hit the Bambu Lab filament spools. Thank you

I`m sorry, these model had been changed for three times, and final version had solve the problem, it seems you printed the middle version, although the handle part will touch the spool, it will not interfere with the spool rotation, but if you are uncomfortable with this, please reprint the drybox with the latest model, it has a significantly shorter handle, you can see it in the Bambu Studio application.

I'm sorry, but all the updates are confusing. I downloaded the latest file, second from top (Released 2024-02-19 08:38), but I got the old shaped handle on the small versions of the box. It seems (according to the pictures) I need to print the most top version, but this has an update date of: Released 2023-11-18 07:23, so it's not the latest... It remains try and error.

The two small boxes touch and rub slightly with a Bambu Lab spool in one of the outer AMS slots. Until now this has not caused issues, but it may be incompatible with slightly larger spools.

I`m sorry, but in my test the latest version handle of the slim boxeswouldn't touch the spool, can you push them in a little bit more?

Thanks for suggesting. Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to. Both small outer boxes collide with the round corner piece of my AMS. I can force it further forward, but that puts the box at an awkward angle, making the situation worse. Since you are hinting at different revisions of the AMS: Mine was received just a week ago, and it features corner pieces with a small (3-5 mm?) "lip" that extends. I don't know if this is of any help, but I think the bottom label mentions "GB4943.1-2011" and "S001" as potential revision numbers.

2x Slim Boxes PLA+ - 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill
Excellent design. 3.5 hrs with 0.04 nozzle. It’s a tight but perfect fit. You will need to lift spool to have access to install and remove. I really like the look and functionality. Thank you to the creator!
