Camera / Webcam Screw - 1/4" - 20 UNC

Camera or webcam mounting screw based on the dimensions of a 1/4" - 20 UNC fitting.

Designed to be easy to print, no supports needed and will print at 0.20mm with minimal retractions, for best results print at lower layer heights to help provide a cleaner print.

The screw is based on the 1/4" - 20 UNC fitting dimensions found on most DSLR cameras and webcams.

Various lengths available from 7.5mm up to 20mm, all have the same thread length with varying shank heights.

Please ensure your printer is correctly calibrated for an optimum print. 0.12mm will offer the best quality print.

Please note: due to variations in filaments and printers you may find the model a tight fit. The model is designed with minimal tolerances to ensure a secure fit when in use. If you find the screw is too tight please try reducing the scale of the model in the X and Y only by around 2-5% to find the best fit for your situation, leave the Z axis as standard to avoid squashing the thread when scaling.

Please do not force these screws into your camera screw holes, if the screw is far too tight then try adjusting the scale slightly to suit. Snapping a screw off inside your camera is no fun so please don't force these screws as you may risk snapping.
