🔤 Parametric 3D Text Keychain — Fully Customizable Artistic Text Model

A highly parametric multi-line 3D text keychain generator. Usable on both mobile and desktop, simply change the parameters to automatically export the model for automatic multi-color printing.

• Up to 4 lines of text, each line independently controls text content, font size, font, color, alignment, and line spacing
• Three-layer 3D structure: base layer → middle diffusion layer → top font layer, with distinct levels and a built-in shadow effect
• 22 colors available: including 12 regular colors + 10 dopamine high-saturation colors, all selectable from a dropdown, no need to manually enter color values

🎛️ Parameter Overview

All dimensions are proportionally scaled based on the font size of the first line, when increasing the font size, the outline, base plate, and hooks automatically adapt, eliminating the need for individual fine-tuning.

🔧 Usage Guide

Quick Start:

1. 1. Click "Customize Model" and modify the text content in "Line 1"
2. 2. Adjust font size, select desired font and color
3. 3. Click "Generate", "Export", then slice and print

Multi-line Text:

• Filling in content for Line 2/3/4 automatically enables them; leaving them blank skips them
• Line spacing is adjusted via the "Spacing Multiplier" in that line's foldable group, 1.0 = single line spacing (and single font size value, it is recommended not to exceed 1.0 to prevent model separation.

Controlling Layered Effect:

• Middle Diffusion Layer: Adjust "Middle Layer Expansion Ratio" in "Outline Parameters", 0.125 is default (16mm font size expands by 2mm). Setting to 0 hides the middle layer
• Base Plate Diffusion Layer: Adjust "Base Plate Margin Ratio", similarly setting to 0 disables base plate expansion
• Layer Thicknesses: All controlled by ratios, default values are optimized. Setting to 0 hides that layer

Hook Settings:

• Position support: Top center/left/right, Left top/center/bottom, Right top/center/bottom
• Hook size scales proportionally with the font size of the first line
• No hooks needed: Simply set all ratios in the hook parameters to 0

Square Base Plate:

• Check "Generate Square Base Plate" in "Base Plate Options"
• Automatically calculates the outer boundaries of all text outlines, generating a rounded rectangular base plate and merging it with the original base plate

🖨️ Printing Recommendations

• Multi-color Printing: After exporting, automatic printing will auto-recognize colors; with AMS/multi-color system, it can be formed in one go
• Single-color Printing: Simply set all colors to the same color or specify a fixed color for all during printing.
• Recommended Layer Height: 0.16 ~ 0.2mm
• Recommended Material: PLA / PETG

📌 Tips

• Empty lines are automatically skipped, just fill in the required number of lines
• If more fonts and colors are needed, you can manually modify the code on the MakerWorld web interface; refer to the font library hinted at the bottom of the page for fonts, and enter RGB color codes for colors.
