Description
A staircase-style holder designed for Makera CNC bit cases and compatible with the IKEA Skådis pegboard system.
The bit cases are stored horizontally, making the labels easy to read while keeping each case easily accessible. A cutout at the front provides enough space to grip and remove the cases without covering the labels.
The holder is compatible with both standard vertical Skådis boards and angled Skådis boards.
It is designed for bit cases measuring approximately 13 × 13 × 69 mm. I recommend measuring your cases before printing to make sure they will fit, as case dimensions may vary.
Mounting Options
The 7_Bit_Holder requires:
- 2 × Hook_Upper
- 2 × Hook_Lower
The 3_Bit_Holder can be mounted in two different positions:
- Use 2 × Hook_High to align the top of the 3_Bit_Holder with the top of the 7_Bit_Holder.
- Use 2 × Hook_Low to align the bottom of the 3_Bit_Holder with the bottom of the 7_Bit_Holder.
Make sure to print the correct hook set for your preferred alignment.
The hooks are designed to be a tight press fit. I recommend using a pair of pliers to carefully press them into position.
