Classroom Sorting Hats
Bring a little magic to your classroom with these 3D printable Sorting Hat name tags!
This set was designed as a fun classroom activity where each student gets their own editable name plate. Students can choose a Sorting Hat, attach their name, and proudly “sort” themselves into one of the four houses.
Each hat includes the house name on the back, while the front keeps the classic Sorting Hat look. The student name tags print separately, making it easy to customize, replace, or swap names without reprinting the full hat.
Editing Student Names
The name plates are included on a separate plate. In Bambu Studio, you can edit the names by double clicking the text on each tag. Replace the sample name with your student names, then print as many as you need.
Suggested Use
Print enough hats for your class, then let students pick their Sorting Hat and house. Their custom name tag can be inserted, making a great interactive display for the school year.

Printing Notes
The hats and name plates are designed as separate pieces for easier printing and customization. For best results, use contrasting colours so the details and text stand out clearly.
