Redesigned based on the previous version, in addition to the variable-sweep wings, 17 movable parts such as ailerons, flaps, canopy, and tail fins have been added, including 6 weapon hardpoints and detachable missiles. The installation method is the same as my previous fighter series, all using mature articulated joints
The F-14"Tomcat" (Grumman F-14 Tomcat) is an American twin-engine, two-seat, variable-sweep wing, carrier-based heavy fighter aircraft built by Grumman for the US Navy. It first flew in 1970, entered service in 1974, and retired in 2006, serving in the US military for 32 years. It was the absolute core of Cold War carrier fleet air defense and became well-known due to "Top Gun". Its signature configuration included variable-sweep wings (sweep angle automatically adjusted between 20° and 68°), AN/AWG-9 radar, and AIM-54"Phoenix" missiles, making it the world's first fighter aircraft to achieve multi-target beyond-visual-range interception, with a maximum speed of Mach 2.34. Apart from the US military, only Iran purchased 79 F-14A aircraft and is still barely maintaining its fleet to this day. It is the swan song of the "variable-sweep wing" design
