A pivoting assembly for 3030 extrusion

hinge30 : mounts to side, with M6 hardware

hingeEnd30: mounts to end, with M8 hardware

The side-mounted design is the new content as of 2026 Feb. The bosses are added at the midsection of the flat face to seat in the rail.

See images with steps for setup after printing. User must crack the parts free, as they print-in place with some minor bonding between them. Then, use LDPE or nylon tubing for a strong and economical hinge pin.
