Keyhole Mounting Button

I designed this mounting button for an NBN Co NBN box (https://www.nbnco.com.au/learn/network-technology/fibre-to-the-curb-explained-fttc#accordion-1df45eab16-item-8e79fa99a0). The keyhole on the back of the unit is approximately 5 mm wide and 4.5 mm deep, with a surrounding wall thickness of about 2 mm. The design can also be used with similar keyhole-style mounting slots.

The mounting button is 7.5 mm in diameter and 2 mm thick, sized to fit securely into the keyhole slot.

The base measures 20 × 50 mm, designed to work with 3M Medium Picture Hanging Strips (17201) for easy, damage-free wall mounting.

I also created three variations of the design with different button offsets from the base edge: 25 mm, 20 mm, and 10 mm. These options provide flexibility for different installation constraints and available clearance.
