Realistic Stegosaurus
This realistic Stegosaurus is designed as a detailed 3D printable model and is perfect as a decoration, collector's item, or painting project.
Thanks to the many structures on the skin, back plates, legs, and tail, the model looks very lifelike and high-quality even unpainted.
The tail is split so that the model can be better aligned. This results in significantly nicer surfaces and avoids ugly layer lines on the visible top side.
The model was printed with a 0.16 mm layer height to keep the fine details as visible as possible. Of course, the Stegosaurus can be scaled as desired – larger for more details or smaller as a compact dinosaur figure.
The model is also perfect for painting. The realistic skin folds, scales, plates, and muscle structures take color very well and offer many possibilities for acrylic paints, washes, drybrushing, and natural color gradients.
