Print Profile(1)

Description
Hi there.
Recently I came across some keyboard with pretty similar design (can't remember the name) and I thought it was cool, but that keyboard was 60% and I decided to design that thing. It's inspired but smaller (40%). I designed it to be wireless so there are holes next to the USB-C port, one for reset button and the other one for power switch. You could also build it wired, I also uploaded STEP files so it should be pretty easy to close that holes.
The print profile I provided is what I used to print the keyboard, I had a few test prints and found out that 5 walls work best for me, with less it was pretty easy to break the “ribs” on sides of the keyboard. You should tweak support settings as they're pretty crucial for the keyboard to print properly, so please use what works best for you. I excluded some areas from supports as they're not necessary to print with supports. The switch plate is also designed to work with su120 single pcb's if you'd like to have hotswap in handwired keyboard. If not just handwire it.
Here's list of parts you'll need to build:
- Printed stuff (top case, bottom case and switch plate)
- 42x MX-Style switches (or probably any other switch that is 14x14mm)
- 42x 1n4148 diodes
- 1x6.25u stabilizer
- 1x keycap set that'll work for that layout ;)
- 24x M2 heat-set inserts
- 24x M2x8mm screws (6mm should also work but I didn't test)
- 4x 6mm round silicon bumpers (mine were 2mm high)
- 1x microcontroller (it should fit pro micro style controllers, designed it specifically for a nice!nano v2)
- 1x 6x6mm push button (for reset)
- 1x SS12D00 power switch (i used 3mm handle, only necessary for wireless build)
- a battery, pretty flat preferably as there won't much vertical space under the plate, also be sure it's secured properly so the switches or wires or anything won't pierce it (also only needed for wireless build)
- and of course wires to connect everything together
