Description
I've been using my grass trimmer for a good two years, more or less successfully. Since the spool has the most ground contact and the cap wears down quickly, I designed a new one and am sharing it with you. The spool fits perfectly and is very easy to use during operation. I don't notice any difference from the original. I designed the cap with more infill and made it more stable overall, so it is more durable. I hope I can bring you joy with this
I have uploaded a total of 2 print profiles
- Print profile: Standard PLA, more walls and higher infill, each plate oriented differently for printing due to the supports. This way, you can choose whichever orientation you prefer
- Print profile: same as print profile 1 but with PETG as a support/raft interface to make support removal easier
I used regular PLA, which with a few more walls and infill will hopefully last just as long, if not longer, than the original
