Flexi Rex

This is my remixed version of the classic Flexi Rex, redesigned with durability and print quality in mind.

I’ve increased the joint size and overall strength to make the model more robust and less prone to snapping during use or removal from the build plate. The connections between segments are thicker and better supported, resulting in smoother articulation while maintaining flexibility.

The model has also been optimized for a lower layer height, improving surface finish and detail while keeping the joints moving cleanly straight off the plate. This results in a smoother-looking print with more refined articulation.

Additionally, this remix has been tested and tuned to ensure it prints reliably across all Bambu Lab printers, with minimal tuning and no supports required.
