Silicone Wire Protector: Modular Drag Chain for XT60 & DC Jack
Enhanced Protection for Delicate Wiring
Silicone wires are a favorite in the electronics DIY community for their flexibility.
However, when used for external power supplies, the soft insulation is highly susceptible to abrasion and damage.
This modular drag chain is specifically engineered to shield your wiring while maintaining the mobility your project requires.
■ Key Features
Universal Compatibility:
- Supports seamless connections for XT60 to XT60 and XT60 to DC Jack (5.5mm) configurations.Modular Scalability:
- Each additional link extends the total length by 11mm, allowing you to customize the chain to your exact needs.
Multi-Axis Movement:

- The Standard XT60 mount provides stable vertical (up/down) movement.

- Rotation on the first link enables lateral (left/right) movement

Assembly & Tips
- For smooth use of the rotary link, twist it once with a little force after the output
- If smooth separation is not possible depending on the type of filament,
Use modeling of plate 'rotate_0.18'
- PETG filaments is recommended
- PLA Matte, PETG Matte - type filaments are not recommended
■ DC Jack Installation:

1. Pre-wire your connections before final assembly.
2. Insert the nut into the internal cylindrical housing and secure the DC jack first.
3. Solder/connect the XT60 terminal to the wiring.
4. Snap the remaining links into place to complete the build.
※※※ The test was completed using the Bambu Lab 'pla' and 'petg' filaments
