Desk Work Light

This custom-designed desk light provides comprehensive illumination by casting light from both sides and directly from the top. Standing 34 cm tall and 35 cm wide, the lamp is built for versatility. It is available in two assembly styles: a fully screw-mounted version or a hybrid glued version. Note that both designs utilize screws for the base to ensure stability.

Power & Control

The lamp is powered by a 1-meter 5V LED strip. You can choose between two frame designs based on your needs:

• Standard: Includes a dedicated port for the power cable.
• Integrated Switch: Features a port for the cable and a cutout for a 13.5 x 8.5mm rocker switch.

Hardware Required

• LEDs: 1-meter 5V LED strip
• Frame Assembly: 12x M3 Nuts and Hex Socket Head Screws
• Base Assembly: 10x M3 Screws

Tip: Print the elbows and the alignment pieces first to check to make sure they slide in correctly because if they don't the diffusers will not either they are the same size and you may need to adjust them

Assembly Instructions 

start with one of the Elbows 

Insert the alignment pieces

Put bolts in to the upright and crossbar 

attach to the elbow

attach the crossbar to the elbow as well

wire in the led strip and stick the led strip down to the upright and crossbar 

insert the diffusers to the crossbar and upright wire in the right side base 

attach the left upright stick down the led strip slide in the diffuser 

and attach the left stand
