Filament recommendations
Recommended: PETG (good toughness, impact resistance, suitable for organizer boxes)
Optional: PLA+ (easier to print, but slightly less tough)
Avoid: Pure PLA is brittle and may crack with long-term stacking
⚠️ Key Considerations
1. Seam position control (Important!)

❌ Avoid: Random seam distribution → Affects appearance and stacking stability
✅ Recommended: Seams uniformly aligned to corners → Aesthetically pleasing and more stable structure
Slicer settings (e.g., PrusaSlicer/Cura):
PrusaSlicer: Seam position → "Aligned" → Select "Corners"
Cura: Seam position → "Shortest" or "User specified"
2. Stacking structure design
Top with reserved snap/groove, corresponding protrusions at the bottom
Stacking clearance recommendation: 0.1-0.2mm (to avoid being too tight)
Lid uses snap-on or sliding type for easy opening and closing
3. PETG printing tips
Problem Solution
Stringing Increase retraction distance (1-2mm), lower temperature
Bed adhesion too strong Bed temperature no more than 80°C, use glue stick for isolation
Layer adhesion Reduce printing speed, ensure sufficient melting
