Modular Cable Management Box - Extra Large

This modular cable management box can be extended with modular mid extension. The print profile includes all sizes of mid extension (part C), which are optional. It takes about 14 hours to print Part A & B with covers.

Part A: Front half

Part B: Back half

Part C: Mid Extension (optional)

Print Instruction

• Use 0.6mm nozzle only
• Clean build plate before printing
• Do not change the orientation of the fasteners
• Do not use ABS due to the warping on large size print

Assembly Instruction:

1. Align Part A, B ( Part C if needed ) 

   

2. Insert the lock tabs into the slot, then use pliers to squeeze the lock tabs in place (start from the bottom slot and work your way up to the top ones)

3. Secure the lock tabs by pushing the clamp over the lock tabs, make sure two ends are flushed. 

   

Tips:

• Use this box upside down if you just want hide the cable mess on the floor, no need to print the top covers. 
• Do not lift up this box with stuff inside. Empty the box before transporting it elsewhere.
