Description
Modifications:
-Added BBS style rim model to raw files.
Needed materials:
-Hexagon socket head M3x10(or 12) - 3 pieces
-Hexagon socket head M3x20 - 5 pieces
-Bolt M8x30
-Bolt M8x20 - 2 pieces
-Nylock nut M8
-Bearing 9x24x7
-Glue
-OPTIONAL M3 heat set inserts - 8 pieces (holes need to be drilled with 4mm bit if using inserts)
I suggest to drive the threads of the nut and holes through with a bolt before assembling.
GUIDE:
-Insert nylock nut(run through the bolt beforehand to make threads in the nylon part of the nut) in the “stub axle”(glue optional). Glue “bearing holder”(named it wrong by mistake) in front of the nut.
-Attach “holder base” to “holder leg” with M8x20 bolt(glue optional) and connect “stub axle” to “holder leg” with M8x20 bolt.
-Press the brearing into the “hub”(glue optional). Attach "hub" to “stub axle” with M8x30 bolt so that the "distance washer 1" stays between the nut and the bearing and “distance washer 2” stays between the bearing and the head of the bolt.
-Insert “caliper connectors” between “brake caliper 1” and “brake caliper 2” and attach them with M3x10 bolt. Place “brake disc” on the “hub” and attach “brake caliper” to the “stub axle” with M3x10 bolts.
-Place “rim” and attach it with M3x20 bolts.
