Customizable wall mount for headset microphones

Our headset microphones were always a bit messy in the drawer, and a better solution was needed. Now we have wall mounts for the headsets and bodypacks, so everything is always tidy and the cables are also protected.

The headset microphones are placed on top, and the cables are wrapped around the mount (very gentle on the thin cables). The bodypacks can be placed into a cutout from the front. The cutout can be adjusted to fit all manufacturers

There are 2 different ways you can precisely adapt the wall mount to your bodypacks:

Option 1: Create your own model using "Customize"

If you choose this option, you can set the dimensions of your bodypack (+1 mm) and download the file for BambuStudio. When measuring, pay attention to the position of the belt clip.

This option has 3 disadvantages:

1. You have to rotate the part by 45°

   
    

2. If you want to label the wall mount, you have to do it in BambuStudio

   
    

3. You should make the layer thicknesses for the radii as small as possible so that you don't need supports there

   

    

   And at the same time adjust the support settings

   

    

Option 2: You download the finished profile

With this option, you can make all necessary settings in BambuStudio, and the layer heights, etc., are already optimally adjusted

Adjusting the size:

1. Add 1 mm to all edge lengths of the bodypack
2. Pay attention to the belt clip for the height

3. The height (Y) must be entered twice as large because the negative part for the cutout expands in 2 directions.
   For the width (X) and depth (Z), this is exactly right, so the measurements do not need to be converted

   

Adjusting the label

The wall mounts can be individually labeled. This is relatively easy by adjusting the existing label. If no labeling is desired, the object can also be deleted (right-click -> delete).
