Description

Palm Rest

Dimensions: 280mm x 80mm x 15mm

I made this palm rest because my wrist was hurting after an hour of playing CS-2, it was also “complicated” to press the keys on my keyboard.

And now my wrist doesn't hurt and it is easy to press the keys BUT I'm still bad at CS-2.

At first, I had the idea of making it voronoi but then it hit me, I could just use the infill pattern. I tweaked some things in bambu studio and now voila, a breathable, sweat free palm rest for your keyboard.

You can customize it by changing the infill pattern and density.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

There are some patterns that will simply not work:

  • Aligned Rectilinear
  • Lightning
  • Concentric
  • Hilbert Curve
  • Archimedean Cords
  • Octagram Spiral

After printing, there might be some sharp edges but normally so small that you can't even feel them but you can remove them as well as the possible stringing by just blasting it with some heat but not too much because it might start to lose its shape.

Happy printing.
