Description

This is my interpretation of a stack of Marshall amps. From what I can gather, no self-respecting rock band would use anything else. During a stadium concert you're likely to see dozens of Marshall amp stacks blasting out music to the audience. While other amplifier makes went digital, Marshall insisted that vacuum tubes made the best sound. Apparently, the great rock stars agree.

The model stands about 180mm tall. I used generic PLA at the Bambu Lab 0.20mm Standard setting on my PS2 for the body and the door and the logo jig. I used 0.08 for the control panel and the logo.

The Marshall logo is copyrighted so I could only print that logo for my personal use. I have included a file for an alternative logo, Artisun.

There's a file for a jig to mount the logos. I taped the jig to the model and put a few drops of CA on the back of the logo and pressed them in place.

My inspiration for the print was The Vintage Radio by Zion Brock though I doubt I'll ever add music to mine. It would be cool, though, to press a button and hear Jimmy Hendrix or Eric Clapton ripping it up.
