This "Trailer Plug" is intended as a small protective cap for your trailer
It fits into openings or pipe holes with an inner diameter of approx. 25 mm (may vary slightly depending on pipe tolerance and material)
- Outer diameter: approx. 30 mm
- Height: approx. 6 mm
- Slightly hollowed out inside to save material
- No load-bearing or safety-critical function – only intended as a cover/for aesthetics/protection
Depending on the pipe/hole dimension, you can minimally scale the plug in the slicer if needed (e.g., 99–101 %) to adjust the fit
Print recommendation:
- Material: TPU or PETG
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- perimeter: 3
- Infill: 100 %
- Support structures: not necessary
- Orientation: flat with the large surface on the print bed

Check fit and hold before use on the trailer. The part is only a protective cap and is not designed for safety-critical tasks
