Description

Overview

This is a modular, 3D-printed support system designed to securely hold a PCIe x16 Riser Card (commonly used in crypto-mining rigs or open-air test benches) and provide stable mounting for the supported Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). The design features a primary frame with a slot for the riser and an upright support arm to stabilize the GPU when it is plugged into the riser.

Key Features

  • Custom Fit for PCIe Riser: Features a dedicated, secure slot (the red rectangular piece) for a standard PCIe x16 riser card (often a Ver 009S or similar model).
  • Integrated GPU Support Arm: Includes a tall, vertical support piece to prevent GPU sag and stabilize the card when it's plugged in. This is crucial for long or heavy graphics cards.
  • Modular Design: The assembly is to be printed in at least two main components (the base frame and the support arm).
  • Mounting Ready: Includes pre-drilled/pre-designed screw holes for securing the entire assembly to a frame (such as an aluminum mining rig frame, plywood, or other mounting surfaces).
