Christmas Tree

A simple and very pretty print of a small Christmas tree, with a star as a treetop and some decorative baubles. The multi-color print effect makes the item much more appealing, and by coloring the baubles and star separately with acrylic, it becomes even more beautiful. I recommend applying two coats once the first is dry (the PLA Silk effect, unlike PLA Basic, tends to drag the color), or applying a sort of primer/base coat where you want to apply the paint. It can also be printed on a neutral green base, then blend the tips with another green, paint the trunk and decorations. Print it and make it the size you prefer, using it as a decoration for the nativity scene, or as a gift and/or as a general home decoration

Print Time: approximately 2:30 hours (more time for supports than for the print itself L)

Material Consumed: approximately 50 grams

Material Used: PLA Silk Tri-color Rainbow (black, gold, purple), very beautiful for the object and significantly reduces the visibility of layers, despite being printed with a 0.24 mm height

(25/12/2025) : Second test performed with PLA Basic green, to give a more natural touch and color the star and baubles with acrylic; the print remains unchanged

Supports: Tree supports (standard) mode inserted only where strictly necessary

Support Removal: medium/low difficulty, but pay attention, especially to the star

Layer Height: 0.24 mm but still presents with appreciable detail

Infill Density: 8%, but for its use, it holds up easily
