Model Description
Protective case for JBL Go 2 speaker. Compact design with a front mesh pattern that allows clear sound output while keeping the speaker protected. All charging ports and buttons are precisely cut out, so you can charge and use the speaker without removing the case.
This model is specially designed for a modified JBL Go 2, where the original battery has been replaced with an 18650 Li-ion cell. The case provides extra space and ventilation to safely fit the new battery.
Recommended Print Settings:
- Material: PLA / PETG (PETG recommended for better durability)
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Supports: Only needed for the JBL Go 2 circuit board box
- Infill: 15–20%
- Print orientation: Place the mesh side facing down on the build plate
Notes:
- Check the model dimensions against your actual speaker before printing.
- You may scale ±2% for a better fit depending on your 3D printer.
- This design is intended for DIY enthusiasts who have upgraded their JBL Go 2 with a larger 18650 battery cell.
