Description

Simple, minimalist low profile (3mm) mouse pad that you can assemble using any fabric (I used an old bed sheet).

Files includes a pad and mounting fasteners with several different fabric thickness tolerances (from 0.1mm to 0.6mm).
I recommend using the smallest possible tolerance fastener to ensure the fabric is clamped tightly. This will ensure the fabric is stretched tightly and the mouse will move smoothly.

Mounting fastener has a slight chamfer so you can cut the fabric evenly, ensuring aesthetic appearance:

Assembly order:
1. Place the fabric on the pad.
2. Press the fastener into the pad tightening the fabric. (You will need to use force, I recommend use tool for this, even a hammer so that the fabric is pressed tightly).
3. Cut off excess fabric using chamfered edge of the fastener.

Printing settings:

There is no special requirements, use your favourite material and printing settings.
I used PETG, 0.4 nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 2 outlines, 40% infill.
