Description

Inspired by "Pan Holder" by barkbathory

 

This is the second version, with thicker parts so heavy pans won’t bend the bars over time. It now includes beams with 50 mm and 60 mm spacing, allowing pans of different sizes to fit. By combining 50 mm and 60 mm beams, you also create a 55 mm slot.

 

Since my A1 Mini is too small to print the original, I recreated the pan holder in Fusion 360 to match my printer.

The bar slots are available in widths of 50 mm or 55/60 mm, depending on which beams you print. Multiple units can be linked together. I also designed optional end pieces to improve the look, since in my kitchen the pans are stacked on the countertop. The couplings of the beams were also adjusted. Depending on your printer and material, you may need to fine-tune the coupling surfaces in your CAD software for a snug fit. With my A1 Mini using eSun PLA+ and standard settings, no adjustments were needed — though some force is required to connect the parts.
 

To prevent slipping, you can glue foam rubber or a similar material underneath.

 

The project consists of the following parts:

  • Beam (2 per unit, forming the frame), slot width either 50 or 60 mm
  • End piece (optional, 2 in summary, attached at the frame ends)
  • Bar (5 per unit, connecting the beams horizontally and holding the pans vertically)
  • STEP file (for customization)
