Universal Model Plane Stand

Universal Model Plane Stand – This stand can work with a variety of model planes. I used it for a 1/64 scale T-38 Talon, as seen in some of the photos. I modified the original design with flush, square connectors for a more precise fit right off the printer, and re-cut the parts so the base prints face-down for a cleaner, more polished look. I also refined the top connection angle so the plane sits with an upward tilt, creating a dynamic, in-flight display.

Plate #2 contains the negative connector piece I used to ensure a precise fit between the aircraft and the display stand. Feel free to use this part if you’re printing a model to mount on the stand as well.
