Expandable Storage
Print Profile(1)

Description
I created this specifically as a storage system for the dash of my dads golf cart, but could be used on a shelf or something as a storage system. Made with very tight dovetails, I had to hammer the sections together, but it's also made so you could bolt the parts together if needed with ¼"-20 x 1" bolts.
I printed the ends and lid vertically for strength in the Dovetail Joints and Hinge.
The hinged box with lid connects together with 1.75mm filament. To secure the filament within the hinge I heated up a flat screwdriver and melted each end of the filament so it remains in place.
I printed the pictured setup with Sunlu PETG, since it will be mostly outside, but it could be printed with any material.
