Multi sorting tray

I was greatly inspired by the model from Martin_au. However, I needed to sort numerous screws simultaneously, and most importantly, I lacked the ability to readily identify each screw or nut without repeatedly using calipers. Therefore, I designed my own model, facilitating straightforward size determination of screws and nuts ranging from M2 to M6 (larger threads are easily identifiable visually). Furthermore, it features six compartments for sorting six different screw types concurrently. Each compartment includes a lid for easy transfer of sorted screws into their respective containers. The shaped hopper ensures convenient pouring. Naturally, this sorting tray is adaptable for various small components, not just screws.

However, I needed to sort more screws at once, and more importantly, I missed the ability to determine which screw or nut it actually was, so I wouldn't have to constantly reach for calipers. So I created my own model, which enables easy identification of the size of a screw or nut in sizes M2 to M6 (larger threads are easily identifiable by eye). In addition, it contains 6 compartments, so 6 different types of screws can be sorted at once. Each compartment has a lid, so the sorted screws can then be easily emptied into the corresponding boxes. The shaped hopper ensures convenient pouring of the sorted screws into the box. Of course, the sorting tray can be used for any small material; it does not have to be only screws.
